Happy Easter to you too! My favorite place to stay while on the island. Wish I had your Peanut Butter Pie on my dessert table tomorrow!!

Can’t wait for our first wedding anniversary visit in July!!!! 🥂🍾💕💍

Happy Easter to you also! We will be there soon!

See you in June!

Happy Easter

See you in May!

Lovely woodcut!! Happy Easter, Becki!

Love this rendering!

I'll be there the week of May 15th, hope the weather is better.

Wish I could be there

I’m more than ready!

Great picture! Happy Easter to you!

Our oldest son is getting married this June here in Albuquerque! We have to give up our annual trip to visit my mom in the U.P. I'm so going to miss it!! People really take advantage of the lakes, grass and trees. I grew up in Mich until I was 19. Fell in love and had to move to nm. God is amazing but his plan is very curious. Come to find out, I have a specialist who is Albuquerque and saved me last Feb. 2nd 2002. I would have suffocated otherwise. I had braces and teeth pulled from a bad orthodontist in Lansing, Mich. I ended up with 1 tooth touching down 10 years after braces. I now have all 24 touching now. I am now having to use a decompression bed therapy bed at chiropractors for degenerative disc and a bulging disc on right side of neck. So broke but so thankful to God. I would give anything for a free weekend on the Island with my honey who stuck by me thru all of this and surprise him. We will be celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary July 10th. My mom and sisters went to the , Win-some women retreats 6 years in a row. We lost our dad 4 years ago at Christmas. My parents were so in love and married for 53+ years. We camped at Brevoort lake camp ground many years when 6 of us kids were little. We lost our oldest brother when I was 14 in a tragic car accident 4 months after he got married. He loved the UP. my parents would treat us to the island once in a while on a, "rainy day.". Love you guys!!

Miss you all. I need a Mackinac respite. So many memories...
